The impossible question since stupid people are simply too stupid to know that they are stupid. Not to mention that their stupidity brings with it a lack of introspection and self awareness with just about anything in their lives.

How small? 50% of people are under a 100 IQ points.

For some people they are quite aware they are not very smart compared to everybody else but they still get by in life.

Only about 2% are under 70. The standard curve is quite sharp so not many fall outside of the standard deviation of +-15. Somebody below 70 is at best officially a moron.

Well that is about 98% - nearly everybody. A receptionist role has an average IQ of 90. At 70 to 89 repetitive manual tasks might be most appropriate employment.
