It’s like if you get 20-to-life for drug possession, except instead of drug possession it’s repeatedly brutalizing, starving, and killing civilians, and instead of 20-to-life, there’s no punishment.

War crimes are like the Malmedy massacre or the Mai Lai massacre in Vietnam perpetrated by Lt. Calley. Interestingly enough, most of the German war criminals were released in the 50's with relatively few executed. Lt. Cally got life but only served 3 years before his sentence was commuted to house arrest and then he was freed of even that. I guess being a war criminal is less of a crime than selling marijuana.

Our legal system works to protect our elites. Hunter Biden can document smoking crack and the proof can circulate widely with no consequence. There are many such cases among the anointed children, although most try to keep it on the QT. 20 years to life is for the plebs. You can bet war crimes committed in furtherance to the enrichment of our elites will never be prosecuted.

Property is not included in that as many cities were fire bombed, like Japan. Half of Europe was blown away from bombing. That is just part of war, but not considered a war crime. Killing 6 million Jews WAS.

Indiscriminate killing of civilians is a war crime. What we did to Dresden, for example, was meant to maximize civilian casualties. I forget which general said it, but after WW2 he said if the Allies hadn’t won they would be convicted of war crimes. He meant that as an admission.

Do you know that German prisoners of war got sent to the US and lived the life of Riley. They were treated very well and even got to hang out with American women. At least according to a Time-Life book I have about "Prisoners of War". No other country treated prisoners of war like we did.
