Obama is a moron. You are a moron. Why don't you two love birds condemn Hamas for breaking international law by having military operations in a area populated by civilians? It's a fucking WAR CRIME! The UN actually rejected a resolution condemning the attack by Hamas against Israel. That's what Israel is up against. They have an enemy that doesn't give a shit about about their own "citizens", because they know they won't be held responsible for the crimes they commit, Israel will get blamed. I don't think there's any intention of protecting civilians. Any culture can throw up people who commit atrocities, what's important is how their community acts afterwards. You hope to see them condemn the actions of the terrorist and distance themselves from it. But I'm not seeing that here, I'm seeing them being portrayed as heroes by Palestine supporters across the world.
I think Israel's intention is to hit Gaza so hard that any future wanna be terrorist fears the backlash against his people.

Netanyahu is interested in an outcome. He knows that some civilians will be killed but he is trying to save a nation. Israel told Palestinians that they needed to evacuate. It should be no surprise that the attack has already started.

You don't get it. Israel was under pressure internationally, the Israeli government was under pressure domestically and Netanyahu was on the way out while the Palestinians were making progress in international politics winning a lot of support. That was until HAMAS started firing rockets at Israel and launched an attack on unarmed civilians now Netanyahu and Israel has all the support and justification they need. Hamas played right into the hands of the Israeli government and Netanyahu. Hamas has likely been infiltrate by MOSSAD right up to the leadership to the point that they are running hamas. Conflict is what Israel wants and needs to give an excuse to push the Palestinians out.
The international community and Israel has been giving the Palestinians money and resources for infrastructure but instead of doing that hamas built rockets and tunnels.
Israel fear Palestinian politics especially on the international scene rather than their bullets and bombs.

They're not. Many of them can't tell the difference between an attacker and a victim. Many of them have substituted progressivism for religion. I believe many of them have a defective moral sense. They do not have a normal sense of right and wrong. They make decisions based on emotions, feelings, rather than hard facts. There's a saying, "facts don't care about your feelings."
