Nope. Canada has a different culture and different form of government.
They don't have a Bill of Rights enshrined in their Constitution. They are more like the UK than the U. S. They have more of a collective attitude and willingness to be governed over like northwestern European countries, as opposed to individualism and independence.
And they have gone much further down the WEF road to globalism in recent years.

I've heard Canada is a lot more "liberal", for want of a better word. It also tends to be colder and they have polar bears roaming the streets instead of grizzly bears.

And because the population is so sparse they've never learned to make polite conversation so they just yell at each other.

That is not true. I've spent a fair amount of time in Canada and France, UK and Germany, and Canada is still more similar to the US, though quite different.

Québec is VERY different and parts of the maritime provinces. But everything west of Québec, feels like an extension of the U. S.
