The ROC is British minus the American sounding accents. Toronto and Vancouver are way too nice to be NA cities. English Canada is not like America in any way.
Quebec is nothing like Europe (it was only "country" European until 1760); potholes, corruption, crazy politics, obesity, junk food, homosexuality (is anybody in the ROC or Europe gay?), mafia, cities are dull and falling apart, beer, baseball caps, high number of minorities, shootings and violent crime in Montreal every day (not unlike the US cities), etc. It's politics are bizarre; it can be the most liberal place in the world AND the most fascist. 🤔
