Why is lebanon real army, that has peace with its neighbor, not stopping hezbolla?

Lebanon’s system of power sharing between the different religious sects did not account for the eventual explosive growth of the shiite population. The system of government lends itself to corruption. The Lebanese state is too weak to extricate Hezbollah even if it wanted to, and there would be no support for doing so from the large shiite population.
i agree with your statement about extricate but still could interfere.
I think if the Lebanese Army interferes with Hezbollah it would suffer humiliating defeat. The shiites might also use it as justification to throw off Maronite and sunni rule for good. Given their numbers, they could appeal to democracy as justification enough as well. This is why I think the Lebanese government lets them alone.
The same reason the occupying state of Israel isn't stopping Lehva and other Jewish terror groups. Governments cannot be seen directly interacting with such people.
about lehava they DO oppose intermarriage and do march but don't hurt i mean injure people. israel DOES prosecute its own exremists "even jews" if they break a law. but that doesn't relate to any treaty. lebanon has a treaty of alliance and recognition of israel.
