Follow up 02/01/2024: RFK Junior is NOT on the California Democrat Party Ballot. So much for "political monkeywrenching" ideas I may have had. That said, it is infuriating that he apparently will not have Secret Service protection if he runs 3rd party - especially given the fates of his father and his uncle!

Nope a vote for Kennedy is a vote for Kennedy. Kennedy isn't going to spoil the election for Trump, he's going to spoil the election for both Biden and Trump, who are the most disliked candidates in modern history.

Same thing was said about Trump. I wouldn't be too sure about him not being on all the ballots. Kennedy just won a ballot access lawsuit in Utah, plus he has the support needed to get on the ballot in every state. Some recent polling has Kennedy doing better with voters under 45 then Trump and Biden. Normally a 3rd party candidate wouldn't be doing as good as Kennedy is, but we have a likely matchup of Trump vs Biden with half the electorate preferring someone else.

@Curmudgeon Of course Kennedy is not on the California Democrat Party Ballot, he's running as a independent and not a Democrat, secondly he still has time to get on the states ballot for the general election, and if he doesn't he can still win without California, just like Republicans do when they win the white house.

@Curmudgeon Kennedy did originally run as a Democrat, but switched to independent after the DNC started changing the primary rules to protect Biden. Democrats do this all they time, the they rig their primaries so only the "chosen" candidate can win.

Sanders was cheated in both 2016 and 2020. In 2020, California poll workers were caught on camera giving voters the wrong ballot, a couple poll workers later admitted they were instructed to give voters the wrong ballot.
