Is it wrong, or some how sexist for my wife to share her location with me?

So here is the deal, it was not my idea, it was hers. This came about because she locked her self out of her car 3 times in the last year. And I had a hell of a time trying to find her so I could unlock her car for her. We both share each other's locations tbh.

Now I'm told it's somehow sexist. Or some how since it's her idea, internalized misogyny.. Why is her desire to feel safe sexist?

Some people have too much time on their hands. If it works for you and your wife, it's none of their business. Internalized misogyny? Who comes up with this feminist nonsense. Being a strong woman doesn't mean you never need anymore else. If a woman can't count on her husband to have her back, what's the point? Seems like a lonely existence.

Her opinion on the matter is the only one that matters. I think it's smart to share your location with someone you trust for a bunch of a reasons.

I think it’s a good idea for both of you given what happened. I think the idea that needing help is somehow sexist is bizarre. I work as nurse I’ve had to help both men and women, sometimes during medical emergencies. Helping or needing help in times of crisis shouldn’t be considered gender related in my opinion. Some people are way too sensitive about this stuff though.

all my kids share their locations with me and I do with them, voluntarily. Some teachers and doctors, my youngest had contact with, called me a controlling mother.

I share my locations with hubby and kids. For safety purpose. It has helped tremendously when in need and to know that they are safe. I don’t care what people say. I don’t have FB.
