I think it's a little but stupid, because it's basically saying that NO men are good for society. There's no scenario here which results in a permament positive outcome.

for many many people in the world, it is always hard times. such hard times destroy men, women, and children. for other people in the world, like all of us here, all times are comparatively quite good, though with the ever present basic hardships of life. this statement lacks perspective.

You're right, it is completely stupid, if only because the terms aren't defined; they're ambiguous. For example, "strong men". Strong how? In what way? Physically? Mentally? Both? Something else entirely?
