Options market was still pretty booming for me after the shutdown started. When Operation Warp Drive (or whatever silly shite they called it) came out anybody who sold puts on anything was keeping premium and long calls were turning multibagger overnight. Jan 21 when tech collapsed... that's when it stopped being "rational" application of margin and got too much "gamerism" in there with all the meme stocks and robinhood and crap like that.
