I have met some men who would refuse to call police on a female predator compared to a male predator because their son would suffer and get mad.

How does this make sense when their daughter would react the same, and start to rebel and be mad when they call police on the man?

Well fair or not…. There is a simple concept in biology…. The female of the species can get pregnant and the male cannot (no matter what society tries to convince us of). Therefore it’s almost natural for parents to be more protective of the female offspring versus the male offspring.

You are correct. but It’s social too. Not saying this it’s right… it’s not but a guy who has sex with many girls is a playboy and looked up to by his peers. A girl that sleeps with a couple of guys is a whore. This is not how I believe but it’s the society we live in. So a girl who has sex with a teach (who’s a predator) will get that whore label on her. A boy who sleeps with his predator teacher would be a hero to the other boys. Again this is so wrong but it's the way it is.

@Gezbelle That's the good thing about an open and honest discussion. We all can share our opinions right or wrong. And maybe I am wrong... I don't know.
But Personally, I have been called many things in my life but irrational isn't one of them. Biased... He'll ya! Who isn't? Society biases us all. Even if we don't believe it.
The last thing I wrote I said I don't agree with society about treating male victims differently than female victims but thinking about it I probably do. You see I have spent my life defending those weaker than I. Mostly women because men should be able to defend themselves. God didn't bless me with good looks, or a brilliant mind but he did give me a 6’2” 220-pound frame that works well for defending others. (by the way I'm a LEO). So yes I see women as victims at a much higher rate then I do men.
So I am biased. Biased by what I see almost every day.

I am the police so I would make the arrest myself, even if it was my wife.
The difference is…. I may not be as nice while arresting a male predator.
I may be biased in my opinion of who is the worst predator but in the end they are both predators and breaking the law. I would arrest anyone who was doing this.

I was abused by a girl. She used to hit me and once bit me so hard I still have the scar. I would never call the cops on her or hit her back. I mostly restrained her until she called down. I knew she had issues and calling the cops on her would not be constructive. I wanted her to see a shrink.

@Gezbelle she was not a pedophile or a rapist. she was abused by her parents and maybe she was bipolar or something. I really cared about her and would not want to see her arrested. I wanted her to see a shrink.
