So my ex and I still meet up to hook up right? Ok so we’re pretty much on ghost mode meaning no contact until the next meet up. He had made it known he talks to other girls. So he’s told me that I can’t get mad at him for it because we aren’t together. But he doesn’t want these girls to know he talks to me. They aren’t his girlfriend so how can they get mad at him for talking to me. Like what’s the big deal if they know or not? Does that make sense to anyone?

I honestly think you need to cut ties with your ex. It's common to go through withdrawls after a breakup and miss the human touch and regular sex for a while. The situation that that you guys are in is going nowhere, and it will hinder you from honestly meeting anyone new and having a better relationship. When people are getting meaningless sex from an ex they have less motivation to put any real effort into someone new.

Well we both tried to move on with other people he came back first after whatever he had going on didn’t work and the guy I was trying to move on with played me. He just wanted to hook up and after we did I didn’t hear from him again.
I think it’s the fact that I can’t imagine him not being in my life that and the sex is really good

It's because they might be more likely to reject him if they think he isn't over his ex, and that they might suddenly lose him to his ex.
