Not necessarily. Often it can be the only way to speak a common language to a large audience. But at the group level buzzwords pretty much discredit someone as having a useful understanding of the situation.

Not necessarily, like most phrases it depends on the context and what arguments are constructed around that context.

Not necessarily.. I would listen to the full of what they are saying before dismissing them.. Even if they are using Buzzwords..

Yes it does, they are just quoting other people. It is the same with people talking in memes. I can't stand all these woke buzzwords and memes.
