What do you do when you are tired of people getting ethnic background wrong?

I just continue to correct them (even if I'm super annoyed). Most people can never guess my ethnicity correctly, so I have to correct them a lot.

I'm Italian and Persian, but most people assume I'm Hispanic.

Most assume that I’m south Asian and I think that’s odd.

Neither do I, but some people are just silly and uneducated.
