You realize it's the corrupt governments of those countries that exploit the people and natural resources of those countries right? Generally there is some pseudo-dictator that wants to live lavishly and is willing to treat their own people like shit and sell off their resources on the world market to accomplish that goal at their countrymen's expense... In American we call them "race pimps" or "race hustlers". Generally those assholes are installed by the United Nations, World Economic Forum, World Bank, and other Non-Government Organizations (NGOs). That's not America's handiwork, that's the work of central bankers, oligarchs, and secret societies. Do those same groups operate in the USA, sure they do... They operate world wide. You just think they are America, because those same central bankers control our Federal Reserve and utilize the petrol dollar to bully you. They use that same petrol dollar to bully Americans as well. Those NGOs are elected by no one. They are only accountable to themselves. They don't answer to the people of any country.

The U. S. adopted neoliberalism in the late 1970s. That resulted in giving corporations power over the government and creating a class of global uber-elites.

Through the IMF, the World Bank, the Maastricht treaty and the World Trade Organisation, neoliberal policies (deregulation, privatisation, outsourcing and competition in public services, austerity measures) were imposed – often without democratic consent – on much of the world. Most remarkable was its adoption among parties that once belonged to the left: Labour and the Democrats, for example.

Those organizations gradually destroyed economies. Then wealthy corporations like Blackrock and Goldman Sachs, for example, could buy up assets for pennies on the dollar.

The U. S. cooperates so as to make money from the activities of those corporations and elites. After all, it's not the U. S. government that exploits other countries' resources, it is corporations. The U. S. merely helps it to happen.

Everything is about money. People are mere commodities.

America doesn't steal or exploit other countries. The fact America is a huge market gives it a lot of clout on the world stage because everyone wants to sell their product to it. For example my country Wales makes just under £4billion a year from exports to the USA which is about twice as much as we make from France. Americans may be brash uncouth uncultured arseholes but the world needs their money.
