Why are Democrats spending American people's money on other countries?

Biden will go down in history as the weakest president of the US. It's actually not really fair on him as it was obvious he was never really up to the job. Old age and his cognitive decline were obvious from the time he took office. Kameltoe and her cronies were pulling the strings - probably more the cronies than her to be honest.

Then comes Trump. The career politician's walking nightmare. He's treating the US like it's a failing business company - and with a deficit in the TRILLIONS he's not wrong. But the USA can't file for Chapter 11 and start over.

Notice how it's mostly career politicians complaining about DOGE? And mostly lefties?

Billions wasted funding overseas countries each year for bullshit while disabled veterans can't get dental work paid for by their own country.

Put your own oxygen mask on before you try to help anyone else. The same applies to countries.

History will judge based on how the most vulnerable people in society are treated. Which is why the West deplores the radical islamic countries run by groups like Hezbollocks and Hamfisters. And as for the Towel an in Afghanistan...

But why do the Dems spend US taxpayers money on anyone except the US taxpayers? Because you let them.

You have Taxation without Representation worse now than under King George in 1776 but despite all your 2nd Amendment bullshit about a well disciplined militia to deal with enemies of the Republic - FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC - you just shoot beer cans on the weekend and deer in season.

I wish I could say my home country was different, but we let the government disarm us decades ago and now the streets are overrun with rape gangs of illegal immigrants.

An easy way to contol people is to give them money. The old model was for USA to print up money and pass it out globally to keep the world going. They found everyway possible to distribute money.

China for example has been spending trillions upon trillions of dollars to try get even a fraction of the benefits that USA is already enjoying. If you just spent 5 trillion for that then its a good deal. It's what makes Trump different. He isn't accepting things that are wrong just because "republicans did it too." Wrong is wrong. There are plenty of establishment Republicans who are dirty, just as most Democrats are. That's why an outsider was needed.

This trashy brat has no clue about American soft powers and the value of their long-term effects. Why do you think countries like China and Russia are eager to fill any niche, opened or now opening by the Trump administration? Are they also wrong? Probably not, huh?

Trump has owned over a thousand businesses. Sure, a few have failed. Most have succeeded. If you knew anything about business, you'd know that every business is a risk, and that there are always internal threats (employees and managers screwing things up) and external threats (situations, even global situations, that change [think about COVID, for example], laws that change, economies that change, customer tastes that change, competition, etc.), and not all businesses survive. Some simply turn out not to be profitable, or not profitable enough to bother with.

For someone like Trump, a "successful" business that makes less than $1M a year in profit is not likely to be worth wasting his time on, when he could use that same, limited time, to do something that is far more profitable.

And as far as "soft power" - you need to pay more attention and quit listening to pundits. Right now, we've got 30-40 major countries that have come to us to work out new deals with the US. And those deals aren't necessarily all strictly financial - many are going to be about limiting their interactions with companies like China and Russia.

Trump is using tariffs as LEVERAGE to get what he wants. And he's getting it. Sure, there are always going to be a few countries who don't want to deal, and they'll have to deal with the tariffs. Most aren't going to want to do that long term - in fact, most are scrambling to make deals so they aren't dealing with tariffs at all.

You think Trump is dumb because you've had people from your side telling you that for years - yet, despite the Dems throwing every possible obstacle in front of him, he's STILL the president and STILL won the the popular vote, the electoral college vote, the House, the Senate, and has a majority in the Supreme Court. Oh, and he's also got historically high support from the people even now. So... how dumb is he REALLY? He's done the impossible, and you think he's dumb? Yeah. You're going to keep being shocked by his continuing successes if you think that.

I remember the NYT analyzing Trump's and the Trump's organization's tax records and concluded that Trump would be richer today if he had put his whole inheritance into an index fund instead of his gaudy ideas. This is what I find hilarious. You can't even read your own graph. Trumps approval in this term is currently at its lowest point. Yes. But look to the left: Biden had just 3 brief peaks during his entire 4-year term where his HIGHEST approval rating reached Trump's lowest. Yet, I'm sure in your mind Biden was popular, even though the graph shows his approval rating was FAR lower than Trump's is now (at its lowest point so far this term) 99% of the time. Your OWN data disproves your narrative.

That's the great thing about real data (and not just someone's opinion): you can't really argue with the data - it's sitting right there, on the graph, for everyone to see.

I've been reading the approval charts ever since George W. Bush was elected, I'm not an American goldfish thinking only into the next quarter. I have followed Biden's approval numbers closely, as they explain why the DEMs lost the '24 election. He and his ratings are no longer relevant now, unless people are suffering from Biden Derangement Syndrome.
On the topic: Trump's approval ratings are in the negative, continue to fall and will be a reason for the GOP's failure at the '26 midterm elections. That's my prediction, at least. We could then discuss who was right, I'd say.

What IS relevant is the RELATIVE score - how Trump compares to recent presidents. And the answer to that question, even now at his lowest point so far in this presidency, is QUITE WELL.
