Does anyone know which countries are sent money to support them. Don't mean Ukraine, but countries that emptied their country out and sent them to US?

Since there are 120 counties emptying out their country and they are in America 🇺🇸 now and America is taking care of their needs now, shouldn't America stop sending those 120 countries out tax payer dollars like they have been doing for years?

Most countries, in South America get foreign aid from the US. Haiti gets some and there are some places in Africa that are on the gravy train. Then there is all the dark money the CIA spreads around. It adds up to hundreds of billions and the countries all hate us. At least with Trump he would use the threat of withholding foreign aid to get some of these countries to-do what he wanted

The should at least cut these countries off completely from any money we've been giving them.
There has been over 200 terrorist that were stopped and taken into custody. Why should we pay for terrorists to live in America 🇺🇸 and gave free rain?
This whole thing is so out of control.
Sone of the laws were written for migrants leaving their country while their country is treating the citizens poorly, Ukraine sent so migrants to the US. But the other ones are illegal aliens NOT migrant!!!
Call it like it is and quit sugar coating who they are. Remember some are terrorists.
