Well... The least I could say is that they (would) look good in the coffin... But that's just about sworn enemies. As for people I simply don't like, it's much easier. Every single one of them does possess some redeeming qualities, mostly competence, as if I don't like someone, it's usually due to their character, and few or none of them are utterly worthless, it's just that their character is rotten. Thus, I could always compliment their competence (though if their character flaw is being prideful - and it's pretty common - I would die before I'd feed their cancerous pride even more).

There are quite a lot of people I don't like so someone else will have to pick. And "nice" is a relative term. I can try to say something "fair" but I usually try that anyway. I'm not going to lie and say anyone is better than they are, just to be nice, as that (to me) isn't what nice is.
