I'm tied between Trump and Vivek Ramaswamy. I like Desantis too but I like Trump and Ramaswamy more.

I'm not super politically engaged, I have been paying more attention lately with another presidential election coming up.

If I had to pick a candidate based on who seems most likely to represent my views at this point in my life, I'd say probably Ron DeSantis. Dude seems like he's done a pretty good job as governor of Florida and takes a tough stance on some issues that are important to me, like COVID restrictions and stuff. Plus he's not quite as polarizing as Trump can be sometimes.

Although Donald Trump still has a big following and he did get a lot done while in office that I supported. And it would be historical to see him back in the White House. So he'd probably be my number two choice if DeSantis doesn't end up running or winning the primary.

Some of the other names on the list I don't know as much about. Nikki Haley I've heard of but don't have a strong opinion either way. The other two I'm not super familiar with.

So in summary, if I had to officially pick someone right now, I'd say Ron DeSantis has a slight edge. But the primary is still a ways off so who knows, my views could change some by then too as things develop more. We'll have to wait and see how it plays out!

Originally Ron Desantis but after what they did to Trump and after Ron's poor campagn I think Trump should win. Its the only thing the base would consider a legit victory.

Chris Christie and Nikki Haley sounded the most stable so far. Ron DeSantis is trying to be a junior Trump, which is useless when Trump himself is in the race.
