Girls, Are Gen Z alright or are they awkward?

It is said that Gen Z spend so much time on their phone which makes them socially awkward and that they are a hopeless generation.

But is this true? What do you think? Is it a stereotype or is it a fact?

Most modern people, especially younger people, are so backward in their approach to communication that they are usually failing before they have even started. They know phones, texting, social media and video games, and then they wonder why they struggle in finding meaningful relationships.

I understand that younger people are younger and they’re still developing but their behaviour can be really weird and I don’t think when I was their age that I behaved in that way. I understand that they’ve had difficult times with COVID and lockdowns which may have impacted their social skills but they need to really be a bit more resilient overall and engage in proper social skills training. They need to be less sheltered
