Why Europeans are so Eurocentric?

They believe entire world revolves around Europe, their worldview is very limited. They believe they are always right and they are always the "good guys". They lack ability of seeing things from other peoples perspectives. They are biased and always sided and very arrogant. You can see it in their politics. They look down on other cultures, nations and they are very disrespectful towards them. They isolate themselves from rest of the world and live inside of their own eco-chamber... Just a small example, Europe geographically is just a peninsula of asia. Its not a separate continent. The entire concept of "European continent" is a social construct... I dont really care if Europe is a continent nor does it matters but even this shows how european mindset works. It reflects the European mentality. By the way unlike the common knowledge Americans are nothing like that. Americans I have met was all great people nothing like the arrogant europeans and this is coming from a non American. I have seen videos of Europeans making fun of Americans who can't name countries on the map but I am pretty sure an average European won't even able to point a single African or an Asian country on the map.
