Blue and blonde are recessive genes, which make them more rare, which make them more special, in the eyes of many.
As far as eurocentric features... yeah, that is sort of the worldwide standard/preference. I have no comment on that.
Gag is not a dating site. It's for talking and sharing about various topics (although dating is the favourite subject, it seems.) What people think they want, in theory, doesn't always translate to who they end up with. If you're on a dating site and they can see enough pictures, results might seem more broad than the 'This is my ideal' preference. Wishes are just wishes.
