Things are the worst they've been in my entire life. I saw lots of improvements happening more and more gradually until Trump came into office. He split everyone hard. The hateful people felt empowered by him. They'd been suppressed and gradually dying out before.
Now, people feel free to use the N-word again. People actively advocate for racist policies such as making it illegal to teach any history except white history in schools. They advocate killing minorities and laugh about how funny it is. They call everyone else animals and are back to thinking they are superior.
People have gotten so nasty and so proud of being absolutely horrible. It's somehow accepted and tolerated now for people to be openly racist again. Why? Of course enabling openly racist behavior will make it grow and become worse... But, the world has decided its okay again.
When I was growing up, there was some racism but it was subtle. People knew better than to be blatantly rude and hateful. They knew they were in the wrong and had to hide it. People cracked down hard on any sign of it. Their racism wasn't usually as solid and could usually be swayed by sweet words and good deeds.
Not anymore. Now, it's just a wall of hate breeding more hate in the U. S. and some parts of Europe.
You sure it was Trump... or was it the Liberal Media? Just saying.
@D_Bone_Steak Definitely Trump and his supporters. I don't follow much biased news. I do follow what people are saying and doing, and his followers across the country were talking about how he was going to make things better for whites, get rid of the Mexicans, and keep blacks in line. Along with tons of other racist stuff. He was happy to have minorities attacked for attending his rallies on multiple occasions.
I have no knowledge of any of this and I watch both left and right media (nothing from cable television though). Even from the likes of The Young Turks, I haven't seen a solid example of this kind of stuff.
What are you tuning into to get all of this from?
You dodged that question pretty well. You sure you just don't have TDS... you know where they'll say something like "Trump is racist," but then when you ask them why specifically, they have nothing. Usually, it's because they listen to media that hints and implies it so much that they think they know it.
I'll answer your questions though... Most of my friends are from the military, so lots of Asians, blacks, Hispanics, and some whites. Like for real there is one white guy I still talk to... we talk politics here and there... I wouldn't call him a Trumpster, He's from Florida and like DeSantis, but he was pissed off when DeSantis started to run for president, he doesn't want him to leave the state is all. I hang out mostly with my Father-in-law and Brother-in-Law, they'll fly out here or I fly back to San Diego a lot. They are strongly for Trump... It's funny because my Father-in-law calls himself a white supremacist but he is not white at all. Chamorro and my wife isn't white either... I of course am white as you can probably tell by my use of contractions. Where do I live... hard question because I've been moving around a lot. San Diego, just moved from Bremerton Washington to Rhode Island... I lived in Japan for 10 years and grew up in Hollywood California, North Hollywood to be exact. Travel a lot... I've been all over the world and in every state except for Alaska. Name a country and I've probably been there especially if it's in between Hong Kong and Australia.
That's a total of 3 Trump supporters I know personally... my friend (who happens to be black) is too I think... he ran for Gov. in his state but lost, on the Republican ticket. I have one friend who is pro-Biden but he holds some kind of political job and is a Democrat (it's to be expected).
My stance is Trump isn't wonderful... but I think he's the best option compared to the others... I'm anti-war is probably why and I like a good capitalist economy and think socialist economies are shit.
@D_Bone_Steak The details of my response answered the question actually. 🤣 They are all the specifics relating to my information sources. Seemed obvious... Sometimes I forget people need things broken down for them. It's a lot of extra work.
My friends are avid Trump supporters. I listen to their rants often. I don't say much while they rant, because they are pretty blinded.
So, you're saying you're not a minority? You're clearly not a safe space to discuss minority related issues. Just like here, you likely ignore those issues and blame the entire discussion on something else like the media or hating Trump. That's pretty closed off and a clear indication that you don't care and don't want to know. So, I doubt they'd tell you the problems they see.
As a non minority, you really have no clue what we experience... I don't go around talking about minority issues in person to people who clearly don't care. I just nod and get out of there when I can like most minorities.
It's funny that your father in law wishes he were a white supremacist, and relates to them, and is also pro Trump... 😆 Yeah, that hits the nail on the head perfectly. My friends who support Trump are also white supremacists. Crazy how often that happens! Most of his followers are also not very educated.
The question isn't just where you've been. It was meant to determine whether you were a minority experiencing race relations and political discussions in all of those areas since Trump took office.
But, as a white man you'll likely claim that all of those places are great and there are no real racism issues anywhere. 🤔 It's because you're white, not because those issues don't exist. My husband and son could claim the same due to being white. It's very easy to overlook problems when you aren't on the bad end of them.
@D_Bone_Steak For example, I could claim poverty isn't an issue in my community because I'm not poor or experiencing it. Therefore, it's easy for me to ignore it. Did that mean it's not a real issue? If my friends agree it's not an issue, is it still not?
I'm not Democrat or Republican, both parties suck. Both gave us awful options last election and will again the next. Trump is completely horrible for America and set us back over half a century. Not saying Biden is good, but the hate at least isn't increasing with him in office. I'd much rather everyone hate the president than have us all go back to 1960.
Anyone who supports Trump also supports the damage he's causing to minorities and the increase in open and increased racism he promoted. Recognized hate groups in the U. S. declined to only 700 from the peak of over 1,000 since Trump left office. Now, they are spiking again to over 1,000 with his cronies hoping to get him back. I'm not in favor of that for my country. No price is worth turning the entire country against each other. I'm not pro war, I'm not pro socialism, etc. I am pro Americans getting along and being united. But, we are incredibly divided at the moment.
The hate set off by Trump covered most of the nation. It is an issue anywhere I've been. L. A. to Santa Barbara, Colorado, Georgia, Wyoming, Massachusetts, Louisiana, Montana, Arizona, even Europe. People changed in a very bad way because of the behavior of Trump and his followers. My world travels pre-Trump vs post-Trump are not the same.
I'm going to overlook all the 'I'm this or I'm that because I'm white,' and damn you put a ton of words in my mouth that I wouldn't support. Racism is real for instance and I don't ignore it. I've been jumped before, just because I was white... I didn't even know those guys. The racism I've experienced the most, just like here, is directed towards me because I'm white. If it's not directed toward my race it's usually just acknowledging that 13% of the population does around 90% of the crime... including with my friends that are a part of that 13%. Illegal immigration and being against it isn't racist by the way. It strips jobs from our teenagers and poorly educated along with giving them socialized benefits when they haven't paid into that tax money. Working without being taxed and sending the bulk of the money over to another country is just a net negative for this country. Build that wall and force them to immigrate legally. lolz.
I think the ongoing joke about calling ourselves Nazi's is because it's been abused by far leftists so much that it's become a joke. It's like no you loon, Trump is not literally Hitler pfffft, it sounds so dumb.
Anyway, I'm just going to agree to disagree. All the assumptions about me just because of my race was getting on my nerves. I mean seriously, that is the literal definition in the dictionary of racism... look it up.
But I also agree both parties suck... I'm also non-partisan. I think we agree on a lot. Where we seem to split the most is I saw liberal media whipping up racism in response to Trump... none of it was coming from him himself, from my viewpoint. I already know your viewpoint is different... I just wish you could point at an example when Trump said "Niggers tongue my anus" or something like that... sure the media puts a lot of words in his mouth, but he doesn't say that shit, they do. Like that Russian asset/collusion stuff though... it's just not reality.
@D_Bone_Steak As you put words into my mouth. What part of, "you do not understand what minorities are going through because you aren't one" bothers you? 🤔 The fact that you feel the need to overlook that simple fact sums up everything. Why even bother trying to talk to minorities if you plan to discard their experience and everything they say anyways? Totally obnoxious behavior, which brings me back to you don't have a clue because you aren't a safe space for anyone to talk to.
Are you a minority? No. So, can you assume what minorities are experiencing since Trump? No. It's that an assumption? No. Are you offended by such simple facts? Yes.
Your experience is what we experience our entire lives and more on a regular basis. You can get away from it, we can't.
I'm glad you can acknowledge racism is real, as you blame blacks for 90% of crimes while ignoring the fact that white neighborhoods are less policed, white people aren't randomly stopped and searched as often, and white criminals are let off with warnings more often which majorly skews their stats. On top of that, 90% of people in prisons are not black even with the excess police persecution of blacks. Over 57% of prisoners are white. So, what makes you think 90% of crimes must be committed by blacks? Please, do show me the studies and published stats that prove this to be an actual fact and not just a racist belief?
Illegal immigrants don't take jobs Americans want. I posted studies in this site before showing how many industries are short on employees from hospitality to agriculture and the food industry. 20% of our food rots in fields because no Americans are taking the jobs to harvest it. 😆
@D_Bone_Steak Trump literally gave a shout out to the Proud Boys. No one made him say that. Never heard of the n word thing. I don't think he goes out of his way to be racist, he just is based on what he says and thinks. Like many many other people who are racist. Do you think most racist people think they are? Or, do you think they really just believe the dumb and harmful things they say while still thinking they are great people? The more malicious racists are certainly the minority. That doesn't make the rest okay.
It's more than equal in a lot of cases... go for a job, college acceptance, or even welfare at the same time and just watch who will get accepted based on DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) principles instead of meritocracy reasons. I think it's kind of sad that a black male gets labeled a white supreme by Liberals if he's able to take care of himself and they really try to do a lot of race-baiting stuff to cause conflict. Not only that, but now people of color who are citizens are getting overlooked by them because they are licking their chops at the prospect of Hispanic voters that have a more socialist/communist voting potential.
How about we help our own homeless before we start flooding them in here and giving everything to them just for their future votes? With the way things are going, any race issue is going to fade into citizen or not issues. Don't be suprised if you see American citizens of all stripes and colors start to get pissed that illegal criminal are flooding in.
When I was in the military it would come up here and there but it was usually grievances from some hometown or us dealing with a ton of Filipinos that get paid tax-free because they refuse to get American citizenship... Tax-free in the war zones was nice to get so I can just imagine why they liked the job so much.
With all that said... I think it's politics causing all the strife wherever you can find it. There is the fake stuff like calling republicans Nazi's and the real stuff like the Liberals bringing it up at every corner and turn.
It's better than it was... we still have a long way to go for true racial equality, throughout the world.
It’s better but I feel this country is going backwards. People need to start taking seriously who they vote for or voting in general especially when it comes to city and state.

In the U. S? It's a joke. What with Liz Warren proclaiming she's 1/32 Navajo to get her victim card... Middle America white girls smoking blunts and blasting rap using the n word in public because "I've got a Black boyfriend!"(sooo... they think fitting every NEGATIVE stereotype of a culture is showing it respect?🙄🙄🙄), Chicanos who act just like the Middle America white girls) tell everyone NOT from Mexico how "Real Mexican they are"(while Mexicans themselves avoid them like slime covered garbage cans)... the mind popping amount of people who think everyone in South America speaks Spanish, everyone in Africa is Black, everyone in Europe is White, etc... the U. S. has become a cultural gut busting freak show. I've actually been told by a guy in his 20's (since my Mother is from Tunis) that "Everyone knows Muslim means Black." Millions and millions of people with fleas for brain cells. Racial status? What racial status? They can't even tell what continent Korea is on. They think Charlotte is Cairo... without even knowing where Cairo is.👀
It’s much better than 100 years ago. I can’t ever seen a future where all people are equal as we all have individual gifts from God. But feel like judging purely on the pigment we see in another human being instead of based on their character is much less these days than in the past.
I pray we can continue to learn about each other and listen to stories instead of spreading hate and violence in this world. While the fringes of society want to be hateful; most of us can be a net positive and glorify God in our daily lives.
Born and raised in Florida. I’m mixed race myself. Hbu?
There already is racial equality.. It's been here for a long time.. Relations are a different story.. That used to be better, but people who thrive on making everything a problem or racist are trying their best to reinvigorate racism in this country..
Facts. ... they have a narrative that their politics/ideologies depend upon. That narrative needs them to stoke the flames of racism at every chance they can get.
@D_Bone_Steak Exactly.. Conflict is their life line.. If there is none.. They don't have a job... Or they're just bored..
Equal men are not free and free men are not equal
We will never be equal and certainly God never intended it
We Europeans purchased kidnapped people from Africans who ha d a civilization several millennia behind our own. We foolishly believed that education and rights and “equal” status would make them like us.
How has that worked out? Society continually shoves “equality” down everyone’s throat because it is a total lie.
We made a huge mistake bringing them to the colonies our entire civilization would be healthier if that hadn’t happened.
The consequences have been a disaster!
You're confusing barbaric and diseased with advanced. Every continent had its own advanced societies. Running around murdering everyone just to feel superior isn't advanced. In no way were they millenia ahead. 😆 They were some of the last to sail the world or build up civilizations, and it failed to the point where millions of them dream away from the hell they created. They almost killed off their entire continent with plague and sewage. Read more history books, and not the elementary school ones. 😆
They're still in little huts with no power and shitting in the yard... you can take the animal out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the animal. Love how wolfpussy over here is trying to tell you off in a pompous manner, but ends up sounding completely brainwashed to reality. The facts remain and you have very valid points.
It's better than it was in MLK's time but it is rapidly worsening due to wokeness and critical race theory. It was better in the late 90's and early 00's before all the woke fuckery.
@DextroShade having a holiday for this despicable human being is the original wokeism
Facts. Woke fuckery won't let anyone forget the concept of racism even if they wanted to or never been exposed to it IRL.
It was pretty good until the George Floyd case, which liberals used to stir up race relations. Liberal politicians thrive of racism so they do everything they can to keep it alive. Without racism and sexism liberals have no power.
Racism will never go away as long as society continues to focus on it, and liberals will make sure we do.
It was pretty good though the 90's and into the 2000's, but took a horrible nose dive starting Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Obama and Biden have brought race relations back 50 years intentionally to gain Democrat power.
@wolfcat87 What hate groups are those? Name them. BLM? Antifa?
@wolfcat87 The Proud Boys are arguably one. ONE?
BLM and Antifa? Pardon me while I choke with laughter.
There are organizations that classify which groups are hate groups. Proud Boys are not arguably one, they are indeed a recognized hate group tied to white nationalism. There's no arguing it.
BLM is not one and never has been.
Antifa is a bunch of anti racist and anti hate group individuals using a label, it is not a centralized group.
If you think anti hate groups asking for equality are hate groups, maybe ask yourself why you feel personally attacked be the idea that hate is bad and equally is good?
"To add to the confusion, there was significant disinformation and a proliferation of fake accounts on social media platforms. For example, Twitter shut down several accounts that it said were operated by a white supremacist group called Identity Evropa, which was posing as Antifa. In one fake account with the Twitter handle @Antifa_US, Identity Evropa members allegedly called for violence in white suburban areas in the name of Black Lives Matters. “Tonight’s the night, Comrades,” one tweet noted with a brown raised fist emoji. “Tonight we say ‘F--- The City’ and we move into the residential areas... the white hoods... and we take what's ours …” As Twitter explained, “This account violated our platform manipulation and spam policy, specifically the creation of fake accounts. We took action after the account sent a Tweet inciting violence and broke the Twitter Rules.” More broadly, extremists flooded social media with disinformation, conspiracy theories, and incitements to violence—swamping Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms."

"The Southern Poverty Law Center calls the Proud Boys a hate group."
@wolfcat87 Proud Boys are not about race. They are about Patriotism. Like Oath Takers. You cannot name a single Republican-leaning race hatred group except the Klan which Democrats invented.
Really, so you know more about things than the federal government and an organization dedicated to investigating hate groups for 100 years? Talk about turning a blind eye and ignoring reality...
733 hate groups in the U. S., and they are not liberal. You don't even realize that every white supremacy group is right leaning 🤣 I've been reading their sites since high school, and they are solidly republican and conservative people. They all claim to be "patriotic" and working in the best interest of the nation. 🙄 Maybe actually take the time to learn facts before you keep listing off misinformation you made up to suit your own bias.
Was the Klan invented when Democrats were Republicans? Because the parties completely swapped positions historically. 😆Just looked it up m the KKK was formed when Democrats were the Republican party 🥳 Learn more man.

@wolfcat87 And, of course, you trust the Government on what it says... right?
BLM was a money scam and diversity hiring will kill people do to unqualified doctors, engineers and other professions where excellence matters.
Really... There are no studies agreeing with you. Find even one that says they are worse at their jobs. Do you even personally know any medical professionals or engineers? Doubtful. I'm surrounded by them, and not one has ever had a complaint about a minority coworker. They are white and have always found white coworkers too be problematic.
In fact, there are countless studies indicating that millions of medical malpractice suits are against white medical professionals for refusing to properly treat minority patients due to biases against them. Must be because they were hired due to diversity hiring... 🙄😒
This is exactly why a push against a system they keeps minority professionals out has been trying to correct it's mistakes. Except, there are still people trying to keep minorities who excel out of the career field. I dated an Iranian Syrian who was pushed out of his residency as well. Not because he didn't work hard or have excellent grades.

@wolfcat87 Yes, of course I know Engineers and medical professionals. I think by saying that you are letting me know that hasn’t always been the case for you. My nextdoor neighbor was an aerospace engineer who manages a department focused on navigation. His wife was an RN but doesn’t work anymore and frankly I have never known her to work in the many years we were neighbors. The people next to them were a lawyer and his RN wife who doesn’t work and the people next to them she was an RN and I don’t know what he did. That was a house that became a second home and I sold it 2 years ago as 1 is quite enough now. Now my neighbors are business owners but one is a cardiac nurse who still works and has been helpful to me. Her and her husband are actually our best friends. My niece is a doctor and specializes in oncology. My daughter thankfully changed from pre-med to technology where she is killing it. At 28 she bought a brand new 6 bedroom 5 full bath house. My boys are doing just as well although my son bought a similar new build but its a 6 bedroom and 4 full baths. My other son is waiting in the market to change a bit.
If I told you what I have been doing the past day you would call me a liar so not to worry. Suffice it to say life is good. Your white friends won’t tell you about a non-white not performing well because … you will say they are racist as that is the answer to everything now when white people are negative. Everyone that is white figures that is what you will say because that is what blacks always say… we understand that will happen, we don’t want to be embarrassed but we all know it is BS today. “Racist” has no real meaning anymore to people but it can cause damage at work as you well know and take advantage of.
The top 10 to 20% of workers can handle professional jobs. Companies are digging so deep into black community that they are dredging up the bottom 30% to give them jobs they are not qualified for. Their education was weak to begin with and now they are hired and then promoted. I have seen it, I have been in the behind closed doors management meetings discussing it and I have seen the ill effects. They make bad decisions, give bad customer support and in many cases they are not professional in demeanor.
Harvard’s Gay is a good example. She took other people’s work as her own EVEN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND THANK YOUs were plagiarized. Even still she was lacking in qualifications for the job if compared to the people who came before her and their qualifications.
Then on top of that she says some nonsense when asked about calls for genocide of Jews. Can you image if it was said about blacks by a white male? Instant firing. But no, she’s black so we have to expect less and therefore its okay… NO! She had the shortest tenure of a Harvard President but… you know, white people are racist so thats the answer again.
Diversity does kill and will kill.
You still have not posted any studies proving your point about diversity hiring killing more people with engineers, doctors, and other professions where excellence matters. There aren't any since there is no actual problem.
No idea what company you work for, but it sounds like they are doing things wrong.
There are cruddy people of every ethnicity in every career field. It doesn't mean they all are... Just means some people suck at their jobs.
You're mad that she didn't keep her job after messing up... proving that being black doesn't keep you in a job if you suck at it or protect you from the ramifications of your bad choices. Nor does your rant prove she was never qualified for her job, it only proves that she lacks morals and ethics. Sounds like you're just reaching.
@wolfcat87 (If I recall there was a study that black doctors had more malpractice suits against them but that was during Obama’s time and a lot of such statistics were taken out of the public eye. I won’t be digging into the internet to find some as they get buried or distorted or even replaced by made up statistics to prove otherwise. The government and media are not above lying so what is out there is about as trustworthy as the original origin claims of Covid, or that Hillary would be President with 99% probability or a hundred other lies.
But I know what I have seen in my own career and I know what nonsense went on with Gay… and she did keep her job, she still teaches there which is outrageous by all rational accounts, so it does prove that being black does keep you in your job, even if you just moved offices. Still, you do seem rational if partially blinded by your race… as I also must be partially blinded by my race.
So, there's no such study to be found now. Because, I did look and there was no such study. All studies are published in major databases that scientists around the world can access and use or build from. While media may lie, those scientific databases are pretty rock solid.
All presidents lie, it's not specific to any one. They are politicians.
Teaching is not the same as running a school, and there's no reason to believe she's not qualified to teach the subject matter she's teaching. She clearly did not keep her job as president, she went to a lesser job. Do you think every teacher is a school president?
Also, not denying what happened with the company you were at. Like I said it sounds like the people in charge were idiots. Ironically, what color were they again while making such awful judgement calls?
I'm mixed, about 60% white and 40% black. So, I'm pretty impartial.
@wolfcat87 She should have been tossed out based on plagiarism which any white/Asian student there would have been. She was kept because she is black which is outrageous.
Yes, white people believed in diversity, as did I. And I received armloads of awards for helping but I did it right. Now “right is out the window. Now its a scam. Now its out of control… but that can’t last.
She lost her job after only 6 months. Still not sure what more you want? Should she live in a gutter and never work again because she did something dumb at her last job? Have you seen any actual complaints related to her current job instead of the former job she lost? You keep stretching the truth to "she was kept", but it's false. She was not kept on in the same position. No different than the military does when they demote someone and change their jobs to something they actually can do when they fail. Is the entire U. S. military racist for doing the same thing with mostly white soldiers? Should they all be immediately kicked out?
@wolfcat87 I didn’t say she was kept in in her same job at all. I said she was kept meaning kept employed at Harvard even though she would have been expelled if she was a student based on what she did… and yet she teaches said students still. Thats wrong. And you are on the wrong side of this and I believe you are only fighting for her because she is black. She should be gone. She stole other people’s work, benefited from it and lied about it. She was unworthy of the office as she tanked Harvard’s reputation with her response about Jews and their genocide even when the holocaust is in living memory, its not the same. She also tanked the reputation of diversity measure with her rampant and laughable plagiarism including the thanks you, hysterical and yet sad at the same time. This is not a smart person. And as I said, she was not at the caliber of past presidents of the school even if her minimal publications were not laced with stolen content. She was selected because she was a black female but it blew up in them. Now the board should be removed for their atrocious judgement. And I served in the Army, how about you? The Army definitely kicked people out that I knew. Demotion is one form of punishment, so is an Article 15, so is being involuntarily discharged.
Does she have tenure? What she did does not cancel tenure. Again, nothing to do with color. I don't think any less of Harvard. Never even heard of her until you mentioned her. She's not reflective of the students and other staff. The fact that you keep blaming her race for her bad behavior is bizarre. Do you go on these rants every time a white person does something similar at work? Please do name all of the white people you've memorized who have done equally awful things at work?
As for whether or not she's smart, in my experience all smart people are dumb about something. No one is genius about everything. Normally just one subject or a few. So, her dumb behavior that you mention does not mean she does not excel at something else. I'm not going to assume. I don't personally know the past school presidents, and neither do you. They could be rapists and just sneakier about it for all either of us know. So, why assume?
Were you there for her selection process? Or, again, are you assuming due to the clear bias and vendetta you have against black people? You're very much primed to assume everything is because someone is black. It's sad.
Those are extreme punishments. An article 15 is generally for going against direct orders. It's not for just sucking at your job. They will generally transfer a soldier rather than demote them if they just can't do the job. My family is full of career military including my husband who's been in for 18 years and runs a shop with a few hundred soldiers under him. He comes home all the time discussing soldiers who absolutely suck at their jobs and may need to be switched to another job or can't be switched no matter how much they suck due to under manning. They never get kicked out for being bad at their jobs. Not even one. They get kicked out for breaking the rules or not passing PT.
@wolfcat87 You now call it racism. Like I said, its the card that is always throw. Always.
And a lot of people think less of Harvard.
And I never blamed her race for it, I blamed her actions and I blamed her being selected by the board based on her race and sex.
I am done here.
Have you counted how many posts you've just written obsessed over race and how diversity and blackness are to blame for everything? There's no other way to categorize that. If you're doing it often, then I'm sure that's why people are stating the obvious to you. It's not rocket science.
"A lot of people"... Again, is there a study to prove that or did you just make that up as well?
"I never blamed her RACE for it, I blamed her actions and I BLAMED HER being selected by the board based on her RACE and SEX" Yeah, I get it, you are obsessing over the idea that everything must be linked to race and now gender. Yet, there's no evidence at all to support this assumption you made based on your own personal biases. Craaazy how that works when you want to obsess over race... Again, where is the evidence that she was hired for the made up reasons you are claiming instead of because she interviewed for the job well? There is no evidence. YOU made up the fact that it's because she's black and a woman. YOU are obsessed with race. You keep stating that RACE is the problem and people will cause issues based on race at work. That's 100% racism. I didn't come on here with these crazy claims, you did.
@wolfcat87 racism is the problem. Specifically hiring people by race and sex is a problem. William Ackman, the billionaire hedge fund manager and Harvard class of 1988 has publicly stated that the hiring committee specifically went after race, specially non-white. He would know, not you. Biden went after a Supreme Court Justice specifically for race and sex, black female and she is not qualified either unless you consider the qualifications the president said, black female. Or are you ignorant of that one as well. These are very well publicized cases and you say you didn’t know of Gay? They are serious cases of true racism and these candidates are laughable compared to their true competitors. Are you not aware of the news, it was everywhere, from all news outlets… and that tells me you are not well read… but yet you have opinions based on nothing. Blacks will shrink as a portion of the population and whites, Asians and hispanics will eventually put an end to race driven hiring as its bad.
Show me sources where all of this is said. You keep making claims without citing any source.
Asking you for sources that you've been unable to provide so far is the opposite of ignorant. Obviously. I had no problem providing my sources, again the opposite of ignorant. So, another baseless claim.
Why would I know what's going on at Harvard? It's not relevant to my life. I tend to focus on things that actually matter. Like finance. Like you stated before, the media lies. So, most of my facts don't come from news. I read studies and stats instead. So, while claiming the news is full of bad information you're complaining that I don't get my information from the news? 🤔 Talk about major cognitive dissonance...
You say they are better than their competitors, but do you know those people personally? Again, you're assuming and basing those assumptions in your own bias rather than any facts you have. Everyone applying could have been fairly equal.
You think Asians and Hispanics will end raced based hiring? 🤣🤣🤣 Oh boy, you don't interact with other cultures much. Asians are incredibly insular. That's why they do so well. Hispanics always help family when they can. Big nepotism going so the way back to Europe. Deeply ingrained in both family oriented cultures. Blacks are the least likely to do so. 😅
@wolfcat87 Asians get screwed with diversity as well. If you follow the news you would know. They actually get penalized more than white for Harvard admissions. You clearly do not follow the latest that is happening in the country… current events much? :D
Somyeah, Asians won’t support it even now. Hispanics. la Familia, i have worked all over the world including Mexico for which I even had a special Business Passport from their government, and LA in general (That's Latin America (LA) for those in the know.). They will and are surpassing blacks as a minority in numbers and in stature so its coming.
I'm well aware of how Harvard admissions works, you don't need the need to figure that out. But, nice red herring yet again. Again, Asians are more likely to hire and promote Asians. They are excellent at networking and have a major advantage due to this fact. They have their own diversity practices that benefit their people. Clearly you don't follow any other cultures much. 🤣 They don't even try to hide how they are about it, and good on them. They've had to fight and claw their way up in the U. S. in their own way as well. They were never as hated or persecuted, so they are a bit ahead on the rebound. They will support anything that helps them, including diversity hiring.
According to Pew, "On one hand, about half of Asian adults who have heard of affirmative action (53%) say it is a good thing, while 19% say it is a bad thing, and 27% say they don’t know whether affirmative action is good or bad."
Not even sure of what you're trying to say about Hispanics.
@wolfcat87 You are wrong in many accounts. Anyway as I said, life is good here so I’ll get back to that.
i think the movement that claims to fight for "equality" has turned into a racist movement with morbid ideas of how an "equal" society looks like.
Generally pretty decent. It's only if you doomscroll media and take their constant stream of bullshit seriously that you'd think things are anything but much improved and continuing to improve. If instead you look out into the world and judge it by your personal interactions and those of people you know and talk to, it seems pretty freaking good.
It’s ok but I notice certain people usually poor white and the dot heads are racist also chinese dr u have the guidos too
Is the topic racial equality, or how people react to and treat one another? I think the latter is largely a result of upbringing and life experiences. As regards the former, we are all Homo Sapien Sapien--so racially the same--though not genetically identical.
Then, again, what do I know? Perhaps measuring head size and pupillary distance has some meaning.
“If a man is called to be a streetsweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven played music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great streetsweeper who did his job well.”
It's very bad. forced multiculturalism creates deep seeded resentment. If you feel their is no place to go to escape racial prejudice you will be backed into a corner. I think it's naive to think that your haters don't have their reasons.
I think modern day Blacks think MLK was a White supremacist.
It has done nothing but go down since the turn of the 2010s since people decided to make everything about race again knowing that they would be making the same mistake the segregationists made back in Jim Crow.
That it has gone the complete opposite way and MLK would be rolling in his grave. Especially seeing the left us the black community as their source of staying in power, promising stuff then gives it to people not citizens of this country over them.
@Amur8711 MLK was nothing like the myth they’ve built up. He believed in retribution and felt that blacks would be great but for the evil whites. Here’s a nice quote from this adulterer who scored in the lowest 10% on the GRE but still managed to be called Dr. Because of plagiarism:
"You can't talk about solving the economic problem of the N**** without talking about billions of dollars. You can't talk about ending the slums without first saying profit must be taken out of slums. You're really tampering and getting on dangerous ground because you are messing with folk then. You are messing with captains of industry. Now this means that we are treading in difficult water, because it really means that we are saying that something is wrong with capitalism."
- Speech to his staff, 1966.
definitely better than how things used to be in the past
Well, according to Democrats Black folk are still stuck on a plantation picking cotton and getting whipped. 🙄😐🙄
It’s bullshit. You’re judged based on merit. Not race.
Pretty good despite white Liberals
It's still the same unfortunately
A lot of anti white people culture going on.
