America is a country of immigrants. Lots of people celebrate their heritage. Does anyone feel excluded by St. Patrick's Day or Cinco de Mayo?

The thing is, people who were forcibly brought here as slaves were stripped of their heritage. They weren't like European immigrants who could trace their lineage back to Sweden, Germany, England, Ireland, France or Italy. Over time, descendants of slaves had forgotten their cultures and had no idea what part of Africa they came from. They simply became African Americans. African history was never taught in school, few notable African Americans were acknowledged, and segregation separated blacks from the rest of society. Because of segregation, a separate African American culture evolved. It's a rich culture that has contributed so much to American culture.
So it makes total sense to acknowledge and celebrate African Americans culture. Again, it's no more racist than celebrating St. Patrick's day. What's the problem?

And what would White History Month look like? There is no such thing as white culture. Instead, there is everything from Persian and Brahman Indians to Finnish. In celebrating white history, would we go all the way back to the dawn of Indo-Europeans?
In the end, it seems to me that those who object to Black History Month are motivated by plain old racism. By the way, I am not a BLM supporting, liberal, SJW.

But white American immigrants from different ethnicities were accepted by first and second generations: kids and grandkids.

White History Month would be unnecessary, considering that America is a White majority country and the vast majority of its history concerns the actions of White people already. The primary reason that Black History Month was first established as "Negro History Week" by Carter G. Woodson in 1926 was because the teaching of Black history was underrepresented. Before then, students were mostly taught about how Blacks were victimized throughout history. With that, no harm exists in celebrating Black history in a more positive way. Besides, the only people that would likely truly celebrate White History Month would be the racists. This isn't an attack on European or those of European descent, however. Meaning a separate month for a separate type of ethnicity.
