If you are going to focus on the finding of 11 ng/ml of Fentanyl don't waste your time. The lethal dose of Fentanyl is at least 2-3 milligrams for a person who has not built up a tolerance. For someone who has developed a tolerance, the lethal dose can be significantly higher, potentially exceeding 10-20 milligrams.
