The only thing odd about it is that trump is running. The fact that a successful incumbent is running for reelection should shock no one. Indeed it is what alerted me to the fact that most of the media must be owned by republicans - that it was framed as equally weird that a successful incumbent is running again as it is that the guy who lost and then tried to start a civil war to stay in power is running again. This ridiculous spin only helps republicans. I think the republicans who own the media have been trying to push Trump out for some time but just can't be seen doing it intentionally, so they are trying to do it in a way that looks like it's democrats fault - ie by the Federalist society suing to get Trump removed from the ballot in democratic states. And if they succeed with that there will already be the media narrative that any other candidate besides Trump OR (for vague reasons) Biden should be framed as a breath of fresh air instead of judged based on merits. Thus giving yet another republican yet another pass to have power without earning it..

Thankful it's not another Trump vs Biden election. As an independent, it feels good knowing it's a Biden, vs Kennedy, vs Trump election.

100% agree with general election debates including all the independent candidates, but the corrupt uni-party would never go for it, can't have people finding out they don't have to vote for the lesser of 2 evils.
