Should serial killers get television and microwave ovens and a free room? Should they get internet services on their iPad also. I have a gym friend electrician who works in jails / prisons and says everything he goes to work on these establishments that the prisoners automatically complain about their internet. I don't believe serial killers should get these privileges. Imagine a female family member of yours forced to give a blowjob to a strange built male while he beats her in the head with a hammer. He didn't kill them all but just permanently disabled them with brain and physical problems. Should he be given these rights?
