With the new law, you can be sued for discrimination if someone of the same gender (opposite gender if your attracted to same gender) asks you out and you turn them down.
Obvious that's would be a thought crime law that violates the first amendment. Thus it would be illegal and therefore irrelevant. It wouldn't be enforced where I live. Teams of lawyers would instantly take it to the Supreme Court and get it overturned. But hypothetically if it were actually a thing, I'd just execute anyone that was party to it...

No such law would ever pass. No Constitutional basis. It would be a Democrat state. I'd move to a Republican one. That's happening already. Mass, Cali, NJ, NY and Illinois are depopulating. Florida, Texas, Tennessee and Utah are benefitting.
I'll just find other reasons to rejected.
Nah not because of your gender, because you're a asshole, your breath smells, your left nostril is too small etc.
Move to a different country. That law would be impossible to live with.

You mean like you can be for discriminating against race or sexuality?
Technically you can be sued for discriminating based on gender. Though it's very hard to prove unless you have a mountain of evidence.
If it were enacted and not shot down by the supreme court (such as it being placed in as an amendment), I'd make them pay for the date and be the worst possible date they could have until they leave me.
Would be time to reset society. People would just start ignoring 99% of laws, cops, judges and so on.
Laugh, as that is barking mad and only someone lacking a grip on reality would consider putting it forward as an idea or even a law.
Sounds like something leftists would love to force on non-leftists. Leftist judges would love to rule that it's constitutional as well.

Tell them I wasn't attracted to them simple lol like u could ever police this law
Ohh, wish I was a gay guy in the US. I would use it against anyone possible😈😈😈.
I’d probably just not follow the law. Or cheat on whoever I was forced into a relationship with.
It may sound crazy now, but in today's climate of liberalism and gender ideology, it's not too hard to envision that happeneing in the future.
I would ignore it and follow God's law instead.
It would literally never stand up in court. Its a violation of the US constitution..
Lol should be fun
That would lead to a lot of other problems
I'd fight it in court
That’s ridiculous.
