How do women feel about their fertility having a big impact on their value?

Every time I ask a guy why they think women peak in their early 20 and late teens, they say it’s because that’s when women’s fertility peaks. So that’s when they are most wanted. I noticed men online tend to have this opinion when asked. In real life this isn’t really talked about…why?
