What do you think about Sumerian?

have you ever read or study about Sumerian and are there any departments about Sumerian in universtity in your country

Yeah we did it at school in history, basically the first civilisation and made up of city states, we have our 60 seconds and 60 minutes from Sumerian. They were fairly advanced and had an understanding of mathematics and used this in their building and infrastructure projects including irrigation. You had Gilgamesh and his tales, possibly the orgin story of the great flood as well. The lasted a good 1000 years plus until the Elamites in about 2004 BC took control of Ur, then in turn the Amorites became more prolific and everything just became the Babylonians.

We only had a brief overview in Western History in my university (Duke university in NC, US). I've forgotten much of what I learned in the course but I remember the Sumerians being noted for being among the earliest known civilizations in the world with the first written system.
