Would you allow prisoners from your country to be released if they fight in the Ukraine war?

Yevgeny Prigozin went around to corrupt African nations and told prisoners if they fight for Russia for 6 months they will be free. Would you allow a Ukrainian mercenary group to do this with your prisoners?

He did this outside Russia. Russians liked this as the prisoners were killed.

i wouldn't. they need their punishment as a deterrent. this wagner is just an example of non west society. it showed the desperation as russia lost its best pilots and best tank crews and many soldiers.

I want my prisoners gone so they cannot be released and cause more trouble.

No, i will accept them to go fight and come back in prison but with something good for them (better conditions, some good referances afther they get free, some suport)

Yeah, but I’m sure that’s been tried before, but unfortunately with prisoners, they don’t really have much discipline. That’s why they probably were in jail to begin with.

The Wagner group had them supervised and radio tagged. They were monitored and controlled. NO messing around otherwise they would be shot, and traitors were.
