How to deal with a needy roommate?

Everyday she asks me for at least one thing. Today has to have been the worst request.

She was going out with friends, and her one friend is under-age. She asked me if she would be able to borrow my id for the night. Now, I need my id because it is mine and what if I want to drive? Also, what if someone steals it or it gets lost? Not even to mention the obvious that her friend doesn't even look like me and is not the same height by a long shot. I am almost 5'6" and she is barely 5 feet tall!

I'm worried that she will take the immature route and start to be passive aggressive with me because of this. What is the best way of dealing with this? I am never going to give into her, that is not how I play the game, in fact, I don't play the game, I say no to everything she asks for. I have no wish to help her out (she seems like the kind of person who has mommy and daddy do everything for her). I'm not trying to be mean, but she is clearly trying to manipulate me.

But I am not going to fall for it. So how to deal with the aftermath? I have to live with this person as I am in a lease situation, I have other roommates and they are pretty cool. I think the problem with her is that she is immature. First time away from home and doesn't know how to deal with all this new found freedom, but at the same time is still used to getting everything when she was at home.

Any tips or help is greatly appreciated! :D
