I stopped buying things because the quality wasn't good anymore, or I simply didn't like it anymore. It sometimes happens that the place I was buying stuff from increased ridiculously prices. But the same things or similar I can buy in many places.

I use a lot of natural wax candles, they are often handmade. Sometimes sellers try to increase prices too much. I negotiate with them. But if I need something, then I pay for it. And I appreciate handmade products.

I haven’t completely stoped buying anything because of the price, but I’ve cut down on buying my kombucha, mamma chia, and Wonder Melon drinks. Before, I didn’t really look at prices.. Now I do. I realized I spend more money on yummy drinks than actual food cause I use them as a dessert. I used to stock my fridge with these, now I’ll only buy no more than 5 bottles at a time due to price.

I still buy it sometimes but butter here is extremely expensive compared to the US, like one little 200g stick of butter costs ~$5 USD. Same with cream. Also beef. So those are all rare treats for me, not something I consume very regularly like I used to do in the US.

Haven’t stopped buying alcohol but i just go for the cheaper option. A $8-$10 bottle of shiraz can taste as good as a $50 one. But if i have a special occasion or i have mates and girl friends over then i crack open the good stuff

I have my friend buy new 1/2 Subway sandwich everyday. That's all I eat until the next day. He has the other half. It costs $20.00 because I have two small avocados on it.
