now I get whole chicken and from a more local source... because the thing I used to get has started to look suspicious AF, and I am not paranoid about it, lol

I just don’t focus on brands really, unless I notice a certain brand consistently puts out high quality products for a reasonable price.

And I avoid those brands that sell trash and use celebrities and social media to get people to buy their stuff…

We switched to ordering online stuff from Amazon to Temu 'cuz Amazon keeps trying to push more stuff and to upgrade to Amazon plus for higher priced items than Temu has anyway.

I don't buy P&G because their ad campaigns are pure junk.

Any TV ad that features people dancing about a product, goes on my "avoid" list too. (lots of those are from drug companies pushing their pills and MAB injections).

It happened much earlier when I decided I would never buy anything from Apple again because all they do is make expensive garbage that they overcharge for and that fails far too soon. They also try to lock you into every lousy deal they can figure out to get you to keep using their crap.
