Is Los Angeles more liberal than NYC?

I love LA it’s so much better than my city NYC. I hate the politics in New York it’s very radical everything is about racism, and Palestine, it’s basically all you hear about it. Riots are common when the protests get out of control in New York and they can get very violent. Marijuana is used in public and it’s even allowed in front of schools, and places of worship. I don’t see this in LA but it does have a small homeless issue in LA about the same level as New York but I don’t see drugs and riots in LA. What are the politics like? I would love to live there but I don’t like certain radical politics.

Why doesn’t the US do something about the homeless issue?

The most powerful nation in the world can’t even house its people?

I agree but they both have the same number of homeless individuals I don’t know what caused that. That’s the only similarity outside of that Los Angeles seems much more conservative and less crazy than New York City. It’s horrible to a veteran homeless I’m saying that because I hate it.

I lived in both n I would say NYC more liberal

NYC is way more liberal than DC and Portland Oregon by a long shot like it’s not even close. I’ve never lived in LA but I love visiting.

Like even DC where I went to college politically seems more incline with the south than NYC.

I don’t think so. It’s a big a place. Bushwick, Flatbush, Park Slope, and most of Manhattan, and the Bronx, seems way more radicalized, and extreme, than even South Central, West Hollywood, Downtown LA, and West Adams, especially after the Palestine, and BLM police, thing.
