I'm concerned about most people's health in general.

I don't pay attention to the news however, and my sympathy is generally thinned for people who are too controlling of others (people in positions of power). But my guess based on the few snippets of him that I've seen people pass around, is he has dementia. Trump also seemed to have dementia during his run, and George Bush jr.

It seems like picking old men who have lost their mind is the standard, and when an exception occurs, its rare and inconsequential, because they aren't actually in charge of anything, they are just reading scripts.

Although it is rather clear he is not in charge of anything, and instead democrats he appointed are doing whatever the want with his power, along with presumably his family who also have access to him.

His inability to control himself is no doubt the reason behind countless problems his administration has created. Although its hard to say as Joe's 40+ year political record is not exactly a testament of good judgment.
