Open urinals in a unisex restroom?

I was told that in Europe there are open urinals in unisex restrooms. However, each time I was there, I have never seen any such thing. Have you already seen such things and where?

In Sweden, I've encountered some unisex restrooms. The urinals are located further away, slightly hidden away from the toilets and washing bassinets, so women wouldn't see the men urinating. Its different alright.

In France, it's not uncommon to have to pass the urinal on the way to the stall. I've seen it where the urinal was actually outside in the open air on view to all, right in the entrance to the toilet.
