Yes, I was robbed at knifepoint, they caught the guy a week later... in spite of overwhelming video evidence and a name. Then he waited 5 months to be judged and got 2 years for armed robbery. He was a heroin addict.

Then we also have no justice, or jail time, for the people on Epstein's list or 99% of the white collar crime that goes on, Anthony Fauci being one example of profitable lies and deep corruption. Those people who really ruin far more lives and futures than some nameless street thug.

Yes. Roughly 20-25% of the judges and district attorneys in the country are bought and paid for by a man who explicitly wants to destroy the country by plunging it into chaos on the streets. Most if not all of his goons are remarkably soft on violent criminals, but push for insane punishments against people who defend themselves, or have otherwise not actually broken laws. Furthermore, almost all federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies are neglecting their founding missions in favor of being weaponized against political opponents of the elite/establishment class, and the outcomes of high profile court cases are being influenced by mob terrorism.

I like how someone who is arrested for a crime and jailed, and is then found to be innocent, still has to pay thousands in fines and court costs. And criminals who steal from stores, but unless it is for more than $900 in merchandise, they are set free. Then you have illegals who commit crimes and are just deported instead of going to prison. Then they are back in a few weeks to do it all again. So yes, it is a joke. Unfortunately, the joke is on the victims, not the criminals.

Yes the American system is potentially broken, it’s too political and it needs to be above politics.

Assuming you come from the USA i could not possibly say but us Brits tend to support your system because you appear to give much longer prison sentences for crimes, although i have found it all depends on the crime

Its being used to attack political opponents. It's being used as a privilege for women to empower them and allow women to control men. So yes, I think the justice system is extremely broken, bias and corrupt
