Okay, now you're just flat-out lying. In 40 years of watching the news, you'd've seen coverage of Srbrenica, Herzegovina, Rwanda, and Darfur, just off the top of my head. THOSE were genocides. This is an invasion- an invasion made in response to a long series of direct attacks by the duly elected government of Palestine.

There would be much more legitimacy in claiming that the 9/11 attacks were an attempted genocide than the current invasion of Gaza.

I'm only saying what i observe... Gaza is the worst in what i have observed.

No I wouldn´t call it genocide since it´s not about the "deliberate destruction of a racial/cultural group" but about the destruction of the Hamas a military group Israel sees as its main enemy. The situation is that bad because of the geographical situation since in the West there´s the occean there is no other country that could help or citizens could flee to. Is it human catastrophe? For sure.
But I wouldn´t call it the worst situation in the last 40 years.

Genocide has a set definition with no interpretation needed and what's happening in Gaza doesn't fit. It is as horrible but it is too random and local to qualify as genocide.
