I think so. I thought the Gaza war was winding down. Now Israel is starving people, denying medical aid bombing hospitals and just heard they are banning UNRWA the UN aid organization from operating in Israel and Gaza.
Having created refugees in 1948, Israel is determined to kill them.
Israel is now a committer of war crimes.

The people living there were Arab Muslim colonists, greek& Latin Christians, Jews and Samaritians. Jews did immigrate there b4 ww1 paying cash to the ottomans and Arabs for land, others moved there from north Africa, Arab countries and Iran fleeing persecution. The British set restrictions on Jewish immigration to British Palestine.
The Jews were good citizens and neighbours but the blood thirsty Arab Muslims tried to wipe them all out but failed, the price for this war was Muslim arab land.
It's war and Israel is being attacked by Palestine. Naturally it doesn't want hamas getting supplies to keep fighting. Responsibility for the safety of civilians is on hamas and hezbollah part of that is not starting wars, the other is not firing missiles from civilian areas like cowards, the 3rd is letting civilians evacuate when Israel prewarns when a strike is coming, if civilians try to leave hamas or hezbollah kills them.

Yes the responsibility for all civilian deaths in Gazza and Lebanon is with Hamas and Hezbollah because:
1. They started the war
2. They are firing rockets into Israel from civilian areas
3. They deliberately using civilians ad human sheilds
4. The IDF warns civilians to evacuate b4 they drop bombs but Hamas and Hezbollah prevent them from leaving under pain of death.

The IDF is not a police force, it's a military force fighting a war in which rockets are fired at its cities. Gaza and Lebanon are independent states prosecuting a war against Israel. Did the allow Japan, italy & Germany to continue you attacking their countries or did they destroy all capacity to do so and made sure they would not be able to in the future. If Mexico started firing rockets at the us all Mexican cities would be flattened by tomorrow.
