In the uk in regards the politics I think it's safe to say that a lot of what's gone on under female leadership hasn't been so great but then the uk government is currently a mess.
I feel personally the expectations are that women are softer due to traditional views of women but a lot of the time to make it to higher positions women tend to become quite cut throat.

It's tough. I like working in mixed environments.
I just think it works to have differing opinions.

A person's gender isn't a factor for me. I resent both men and women who are ass holes. But if they're cool, I'm cool.

There have mostly been examples of totally shitty women in government positions. But they tend to take on the masculine traits of the shitty men who are in positions of power. I despise almost all of them.

When I say “uncomfortable” I don’t mean to imply I feel particularly threatened by them.

But that being said though the vast majority of them just tend to do their jobs very poorly.

In my work career, I've had all kinds of managers, both men and women. Some are good, some not so good, but working under a woman manager (I had 2 of them) was never a problem.

I honestly don't care, I'm so used to it, it's not even much of a thought.. Every job I had there was a woman either directly over me, or in some very "powerful" position..
