Why is New York so messed up?

It’s become a miserable city. It used to be a really good city.

Voting for Democrats over and over and over again, even though everyone sees the destruction they create. They intentionally let criminals and illegal immigrants and homeless people overrun the city and all the services paid for by taxpayers.

For the past 22 years there's been Democrat mayors Adams, de Blasio and Bloomberg, and Democrat governors Hochul, Cuomo, Paterson and Spitzer, who have systematically ravaged everything about the city that was good.

Before that, under Republicans, everything had been brought under control, it was a clean, safe place to live with many amenities available to its citizens. A strong police force, a vibrant economy, affordable housing, workers able to actually live in the city rather than commute 2 hours each way from the far reaches of upstate and New Jersey.

But people keep voting for Democrats again and again and again. electing and re-electing people they see bringing the city down. And if you ask them about it, they talk to you like you're an idiot, like you're imagining things you see with your own eyes every day.

The same thing has happened in LA and San Francisco and Denver and Seattle and Portland and Minneapolis. We watch people looting and burning down stores and restaurants and offices owned by hard-working people who put everything they had into those businesses, and we're told it's not a crime, they don't need to be stopped or punished, it's all good.

And then you ask why is New York so messed up.

This one Indian-American in California that owned the gas station whacked that one thief with a stick and ended up on news all over on youtube look it up. The leftwing on news thinks two wrong doesn’t make right, those news reporters are real idiots. I wonder how news reporters feels if their luxury car got stolen by thieves by then lol. They don’t know anything about doing the right thing like helping homelessness, or mental health self-help therapy for people with learning disability that needed help socializing making friends. You tell them if they do organizations like that to see if they care, if not shame on them.
