Do you kind of feel like an old dog/cat (especially at a young age)?

Youngsters. The stereotype of them is that they are hyperactive and blast music very loud and pull all nighters.

Whereas I felt lethargic and tired. Sleep was (still is) my way to energize, albeit a boring one.

I'm only 29 but I felt like it since 7 years consistently in general.

You know how old dogs and old cats spend most of their time sleeping. Well, that's how I feel.

That's what happens when I had mind breaking and exhausting battles behind me (gaining my complete autonomy over myself and escaping my toxic family and a dictatorship controlled region) instead of having the privilege of partying and socializing and not having to worry about how to make it through the month with limited resources or getting in the crossfire of my loser parents rage and being their punching bag for their personal anger discharge. At some point there's a breaking point.

"Music" at 100 decibels irritates me. The average young whippersnappers seem to enjoy it.
