Why do some people care so much about race/ ethnicity?

diversify jobs compels forces to notice races instead of one human race!

news companies repeatedly make a fuss about black killed by white cop as if the intention motive was due to skin color, but false. they make a picture as if is frequent and cherry pick, never mentioning whites killed by black cops or even the more frequent whites killed by cops. no mention of that.

people don't even know it happens because not fit the agenda and goals to divide people.
