The science is pretty clear, hormonal birth control causes depression, weight gain, etc.

Just eating carbs at the wrong time in the day can significantly change how people perceive you. You think popping hormonal birth control pills won't change how you look too? Negatively?

You wanna complain about men not pursuing you but you aren't putting out any feminine pheromones. Or you aren't even attracted to the masculine pheromones in the air and you aren't responding properly to men in your environment.

No one said that birth control was perfect, its just that they are better than the alternative. It is a relatively simple solution to a problem which can have life altering consequences and as such are worth taking on said burden. Also pheromones are bullshit, not because they do not exist or whatever but because humans dont really respond to them anymore due to evolution, and not because they take birth control.

Also even if humans did respond to pheromones like that, why would that be a good thing? Pheromones and such is a strategy which evolution created to control animals who were too stupid to understand what they needed to do and therefore had to be somewhat forcibly compelled to do it instead. It is something which actively undermines "free will" so to speak.

If birth control made it so women stopped being a slave to pheromones then quite frankly I would count that as a blessing rather than an actual issue.
