Does California have more free speech rights than New York State, or Florida?

California is very unionized so it’s hard to get fired for being racist, or sexist. The state also doesn’t have any book bans, or obscenity laws regarding porn. I saw that some New York City firefighters were sent to re-education camps because they booed the state attorney general, that wouldn’t have happened in California.

It theory we should all have the same free speech rights since the 1st has been fully incorporated against the states. I will not at all be shocked if the FDNY situation ends up being litigated.
