I don't know much about the free speech laws in these countries, but from what I've seen from the news, it seems to be France. I know it's definitely not Canada, Russia, Australia or Japan
The USA still does but Democrats are trying to control it.
Many nations allow freedoms of speech. I know necessarily think it’s encouraged through. It’s more so you’re free to talk and they’ll consider listening. There’s always caviets.

Glad we can all agree Russia doesn’t allow that.
0% Good! That is what I love to see, the truth represented.
@pa19062024 It didn’t click that…. I perhaps wrote it when the percentage was 0%? I can’t exactly edit my old opinions… Not an option so this does nothing and reflects nothing.
Also Russia doesn’t allow freedom of speech, there were wives who lost their soldiers protesting in the thousands in the streets of Moscow asking where their sons were….. Russian Government hid that one to not be featured on their television. You never hear ONE Russian TV station do against Putin. Putin’s associates would “fall” out hotel windows, they were either all clumsy OR Putin killed them to ‘silence’ them. Critics of Putin go to jail then are killed like what happened with that man (if you know you know because it was on the news a lot)
It is still the USA but we are in a slump right now.
