Why do leftists who think border wall is a waste of money use Republicans turning down the bipartisan border bill as an excuse to attack Republicans?

Why are they unhappy Republicans did what they think is right and turned down the bill that in their opinion waste money? Why not instead direct their anger at Biden for going back at his word about not funding more wall?

I am pretty sure most democrats are happy about Republicans turning down the bipartisan border bill because that looks really bad for the Republicans and become an unexpected free win for the Democrats.

As for Biden going back on his words and whatnot? Yes, that is what happens when you have a government that is split between parties. You have to compromise, where you get what you want by giving something else to the other side. The border wall is a fairly perfect example of this since it honestly dont actually do very much harm outside of just being a complete waste of time and money so its a simple thing to give to the other side without doing damage to the causes you actually care about.

After all, its just money. Its not like you let the Republicans outlaw abortions on a federal level or whatever which actually has consequences. If a bit of money is wasted by the Republicans on the border so that the Democrats can get the votes needed to actually govern then that is a small price to pay.

You've got it all wrong, the socialist Democrats are all for building border walls, they just want to build them in Ukraine not America. The bill they just tried to pass (H. R.815) had the word "border" mentioned in it only 2 times. The first time a border is mentioned in the bill is when it speaks to sending $300,000,000 to support the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and National Police of Ukraine. You see, Democrats are all for border security, they really want to fund the border security of their Nazi homeland Ukraine. As for America, well they want us destroyed. The Nazis really took a walloping from American G. I. s in the last World War and they are trying to not make the same mistakes again.

The bill would only make the problem worse. Iy allowed for an unlimited number of illegals into the country and fast tracked them to get asylum. The democrats want to make the problem worse. Biden caused this disaster in the first place and it will take billions of dollars and a huge deportation effort to clean up the mess.

Because (House) Republicans did NOT do what they think was right! Senate Republicans reached a bipartisan deal, lead by one of the most conservative Republicans, senator Lankford, which had the support of the border patrol union. When Trump got wind of it, he sent his lackeys to torpedo the very same deal. The result is, that no immediate improvement of the border situation can be made. The MAGA cultists not only voted against their own political agenda, they voted against American interests.
