I suspect the owner doesn't give a shit one way or the other. Some individual mods seem to have their own agenda though. People get by with a lot here. I know because I break the rules all the damn time.

Both, but usually we can speak the truth. Occasionally a rogue mod will delete something they are not supposed to. Its primarily rogue question askers removing opinions they disagree with so if that happens to you try again on a different question and see if it stays up that time.
