Can someone please explain this gender identity?

A woman claims that she identifies as trigender. she’s a man, a woman and non binary, at the same time.
She also said she is not gender fluid, as her “gender never shifts where one gender is stronger than the other”

This makes no sense to me, because if you identify as being either a man or a woman, and it never changes, by definition that’s not non binary. I think she has misworded her own identity.
